Cabinet layout software that knows how a room is measured.
Walls, openings and obstacles; base, wall, tall and closet sections; a 3D room with doors that open; and a checker that reads every run against its wall. Here is what is in it.
The room
Any room you can walk around.
- Templates: one wall, L, U, galley, reach-in closet and walk-in closet — or put the walls in one at a time.
- Walls clockwise, standing in the room, wall A to your left as you walk in, each measured left to right.
- Corners in degrees: 90 square, 135 for a 45° wedge wall, inside or outside.
- Sloped ceilings for knee walls and shed roofs, and uppers that follow the slope.
- Islands at any angle, and open walls where the room has none.
- Doors and cased openings split a wall with the doorway between; windows carry a sill height.
- Obstacles: switches, outlets, thermostats, access panels, vents, soffits, pipe chases and a fireplace, each with its size and height.
The cabinets
Three rows on every wall.
Each wall has a base row, a top row of wall cabinets, and an upper row that fills to the ceiling on its own. Pick from base, drawer, sink and blind-corner bases; 30", 36" and 42" wall cabinets, glass and open ones; tall pantries and oven cabinets; and the appliances — range, refrigerator, dishwasher, hood, microwave, wine fridge, cooktop, washers and dryers side by side or stacked.
Sets drop a whole piece in at once: a desk, a makeup vanity, fireplace built-ins, a laundry wall. Fillers, end panels and open space fill the gaps. Every box gets a code the shop recognizes, like B18, SB36 and W3036.
Doors cover the whole cabinet, or doors below with open above, or the reverse; single, pair or auto; any number of adjustable shelves; knee space with a finished back. Tick several cabinets in a row and share their width — rounded to 1/16", the last one taking the difference.
3D and finishes
Show the client the room before it is built.
The 3D room is built from the same numbers as the drawings, so what the client approves is what the shop cuts.
- Shaker fronts, pulls, glass doors, rods, counters, and walls cut around their windows and doors.
- Appliances modeled from their parts; a sink base cut for an undermount basin.
- Open the doors swings every door on its hinges; Open the drawers slides them out to show the shelves and drawer boxes inside.
- Door and drawer front styles, paint or stain — oak, rift, maple, walnut, alder, cherry, with the grain drawn in.
- Pulls and metal finish, rods and hanger color, countertop, sink and faucet, wall color, floor.
- Baseboard and crown — at the ceiling, on the cabinets or both — with lengths on the cut list plus 10% for the saw.
The checks
Warnings in plain words, on the wall they belong to.
Every change is read against the room: a run longer than its wall, a leftover under 4" that wants a filler, overlaps, a cabinet in a window or a door, above the ceiling or into the crown’s space, two runs colliding in a corner, a cabinet over a switch, outlet or access panel. The corner check runs on the real outlines, so an angled corner says exactly how far out the second run has to start.
Each warning names the cabinet by its number on the plan. The full list, with examples from a real first pass, is on the home page.
Saving
Nothing to save, nothing to lose.
A design saves itself 0.7 seconds after your last change. Revise it and the letter moves on — A, B, on to Z, then AA — and prints in the title block. Duplicate a design to show the client a second option; archive the ones you are done with.
Designs belong to clients. Each client has a name, phone, email and address and an automatic job number, and every design drawn for them sits under their name.
The shop
Everyone in the shop, one account.
One subscription is one shop account. The owner invites the rest by email: admins can run the account, the team and billing; designers draw. Everyone works from the same client list, the same shop settings and the same title block — your shop’s name, phone, email and website, printed on every sheet.

Can I see a cabinet design in 3D?
Yes. The same sizes that draw the plan build a 3D room you can turn, with shaker fronts, pulls, counters and the walls cut around their windows and doors. Open the doors and Open the drawers swings every door on its hinges and slides the drawers out.
Does it draw frameless and face-frame cabinets?
Both. Pick frameless or face-frame for the whole design, then override any single cabinet. Face frames draw with 1 1/2" stiles and rails and a 1/2" overlay by default; frameless fronts sit 1/16" in from the box with 1/8" between them. Every one of those numbers is editable.
How do I draw a room with an angled wall?
Type the corner’s angle in degrees: 90 for a square corner, 135 for a 45° wedge wall, inside or outside. Walls go in clockwise, standing in the room, wall A to your left as you walk in, and the plan redraws as you type each one.
What happens when a cabinet run doesn’t fit the wall?
It tells you, in plain words, on the wall it happened: a run 2 1/2" too long, a leftover under 4" that wants a filler, two runs colliding in a corner, a cabinet over an outlet or into a window. The warning names the cabinet by its number, so you know which one to change.
Can I type sizes the way a tape measure reads?
Yes. 34 1/2, 34-1/2, 2’ 10 1/2" and 12’ all work, and widths shared across a row are rounded to 1/16" with the last cabinet taking the difference.
